My tenouchi -left hand- is not at right angle to the bow when Kai.
As a result, wrist is turned when Hanare which is wasteful action.
I’ll practice and improve.

-Original text as follow
胴造りには、反・屈・懸・退・中の五つの胴造り ・・・ 目的と場合によって使われる練達者の応用動作である。 –
I think that each purpose is follows,
中胴 (Chuu Dou) : The basic Doudzukuri
懸る胴 (Kakaru Dou) : For short range target, so it’s mean easy
退く胴 (Noku Dou) : For long range target, so it’s mean easy
屈む胴 (Kagamu Dou) : What ?
反る胴 (Soru Dou) : What?
So I tried Kakaru Dou and Soru Dou.
Soru Dou (Upper Pic.)
In 現代弓道小辞典 – Kyudo dictionary- , Soru Dou is useful for using powerful bow. I tried Soru Dou, I feel that pull the bow easily than Chuu Dou. So, Soru Dou is useful for using powerful bow.
Kagamu Dou (Lower Pic.)
In the book, Kagamu Dou is useful for in dark, penetrate, and pinpoint aiming.
I tried Kagamu Dou, I feel that each my joints became fixed and less blurred. As a result of less blurred by Kagamu Dou, it is able to aiming critical point in target and increased penetrating power.

The important is to focus on the target, not the bow. In the state, it is no problem the bow looks double.
In addition, the use of both eyes makes it possible to see both the target and the bow.

Both Iriki and Deki are in Tsurudori.
Tsurudori affects the direction of released arrow.
The string tries to return its initial position when Hanare.
As a result, the arrow direction is changed.
Deki affcts it more than Iriki, Deki makes larger change in arrow direction.
