    Update my style, scapula is in my body more than before.
    So, the position of the bones has become more stable.

    I will want to right scapula more stable.

  • Old training scene

    I found my training scene in 2012.
    Compared to now, there are various differences.
    Overall: The force vector is not aligned with the bow. It is imaginable that Hanare move could become not aligned.
    Yugamae: The left arm was too hold
    Uchiokoshi: Not natural the left arm moving
    Kai: The bow and body were not united
    Hanare: The force vector is not aligned

    If I had be training the style, everything except Hanare can remains.
    However, I train another style – now Yugamae is better – then and now, it is not good that the left arm is too hold.

  • Update the Uchiokoshi

    Update my Uchiokoshi, the appearance changes are minor, but the content has changed significantly.
    The yunde operation has become very natural and great.
    The natural motion is high performance and low cost to my body.
    I will continue for update my style.

  • Check my triple cross

    I checked my style from above view.
    The result is that my shoulder line was not correctly.
    So, my issues were identified.

    I tried that the issue will be improved.
    The appearance is improved but the issues were identified with inner force. The issues will not be improved soon with my skill.

  • Relationship Kyudo and Oriental medicine

    Bose Kyudo and Oriental medicine are utilized in Japan.
    Therefore, the contents of Kyudo are sometimes expressed figuratively in terms used in Oriental medicine.
    For example,

    • Ice: Stiffness of the body and poor mobility. Ex. Hypothermia
    • Hot: Slovenly and helpless. Ex. Heatstroke
    • Float: Feelings are floating around. Ex. Become agitated
    • Hit: All he thinks about is hitting the target. Ex. No essence
    • Sink: Feeling down and restless. Ex. Depressive condition

    • Selfish: Being selfish.
    • Divide: The use of force in different ways. Ex. Distraction
    • Nothing: Feel no power. Ex. Languor

    Scapular movement is different at the initial condition and at the final.
    Differences in movement depend on the condition of the muscles.
